Updated some versions to 1.1 and some sad news

Dear all,
I recently updated versions for the Amiga, MS-DOS, Macintosh 68k and Plus4 to version 1.1. They will allow a smoother game experience and include bug fixes for some small issues of the previous versions. I will update the other platforms in the next weeks.
Very sad news: I learnt today that Ralph Niese, who drew the amazing box cover for The Queen's Footsteps as distributed by Poly.Play, just passed away. He was only 37. My thoughts go to his family and his close friends.
