Updated C64, C128 and CP/M versions to rev. 1.1.1

Dear all,
I updated the C64, C128 and CP/M versions of The Queen's Footsteps to revision 1.1.1. That should improve the gain in some marginal but relevant aspects, correct some bugs and help avoiding some "hunt the verb" situations. I will updated the remaining platforms in the next few days.
