Updated the Mac 68k and the Plus/4 versions

Hi to all,
I was reported the Macintosh version of Silk Dust did not contain the game. I fixed an error in the distribution scripts and now it contains a disk image that can be used on System 6 or System 7 machines.
I also updated the loader of the Commodore Plus/4 version, so that you can choose which part to play directly from the loader.
